This is an adorable Precious Moment Bell, 1998, featuring a Precious Moments Elf sending a Merry Christmas. The top of the bell is a snow covered mail box dated 1998. The front of the bell says, "I'm Sending You A Merry Christmas". The back of the bell says, "A Special Delivery Just for You Stamped With Joy A Wish Come True".
